Medical Weight Loss by Telehealth in California

A plan that adjusts to you, with a real visit before every round.

Our medical weight loss program pairs a GLP-1 medication, semaglutide or tirzepatide, with a follow-up visit before every round. We start low, move up only when your body is ready, and keep checking in so the plan keeps working after the first few months.

We only prescribe medications that are FDA-approved or that a licensed pharmacy can lawfully compound.

Semaglutide from $249 and tirzepatide from $319 per round, visit included

How It Works

Why GLP-1 medications change the picture

Semaglutide and tirzepatide work with the hormones your body already releases after a meal. They slow how quickly your stomach empties and quiet the constant pull toward food, so smaller portions feel like enough.

That quiet is what makes the other changes stick. The medication is a tool, not a shortcut, which is why every round comes with a visit: our care team reviews your progress, checks on side effects, and decides with you whether to stay at your dose or step up.

  • One injection a week
Taken at home on the day you choose, with a very fine needle.
  • A dose that waits for you
Your dose only goes up when your body is ready, never on a fixed calendar.
  • A visit before every round
Progress, side effects, and dose are reviewed before your next round ships.
  • Shipped to your door
From our trusted partner pharmacy, with written instructions and supplies.

Compare The Options

Semaglutide or tirzepatide?

Both are effective once-weekly injections. Your provider recommends one based on your history, your goals, and how your body responds.

MedicationHow it worksPrice per round
SemaglutideActs on one appetite hormone (GLP-1). The most established option, with a gentle step-up.$249 to $379
TirzepatideActs on two appetite hormones (GLP-1 and GIP). Often chosen when a patient wants a stronger effect.$319 to $489

Each price covers your follow-up visit and that round of medication together. A round is about a month. Nothing renews on its own; you book each visit when you are ready for the next round. Labs, when they are needed, are billed separately. See the full dose-by-dose pricing on the semaglutide and tirzepatide pages.

What To Expect

What patients notice first

Results vary and nobody can promise you a number. These are the changes patients report most often, roughly in the order they show up.

Hunger gets quieter

The constant negotiation with food fades. Portions shrink without a fight, and snacking becomes a choice rather than a reflex.

Steady progress

Weight comes off gradually over months rather than all at once, and gradual change is the kind that tends to hold.

More energy

As weight comes down, many patients find they move more easily and get through the afternoon without the crash.

Better numbers

Blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol often improve alongside the weight, which we track with you.

Good To Know

Before you start

GLP-1 medications are well studied and widely used, and they are still not right for everyone.

  • We only prescribe medications that are FDA-approved or that a licensed pharmacy can lawfully compound.
  • Nausea and fullness are common in the first weeks and usually settle
  • Not for you if you are pregnant, nursing, or planning a pregnancy
  • Not for you with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN2

Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy on an individual prescription and are not FDA-approved as finished pharmaceutical products. Our care team reviews the risks, the benefits, and the alternatives with you before you start.

How It Works

Four steps, no waiting room

From your first visit to your first shipment, most patients are started within a week.

01

Book your free consult

Pick a time online that fits your schedule. The first conversation costs nothing and carries no obligation.

02

Meet by video

Our care team reviews your history and your goals, orders labs where they are useful, and builds a plan around what we find.

03

Medication ships to you

Your prescription goes to our trusted partner pharmacy and arrives at your door with clear instructions.

04

Follow up and adjust

Before each new round you meet with our care team again. Progress is reviewed, the plan is adjusted, and then the next round ships.

This is a good fit if

  • Diet and exercise alone have not held for you
  • You want medical support rather than another app or challenge
  • You would rather progress steadily than chase fast numbers
  • You want a provider reviewing your progress before every round

This may not be the moment if

  • You are pregnant, nursing, or planning a pregnancy soon
  • You have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN2
  • You have had pancreatitis that has not been discussed with a clinician
  • You will not be in California at the time of your visits

Good To Know

Questions, answered

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. Your first consultation costs nothing and carries no obligation. You talk through your health history and your goals, and our care team tells you honestly whether treatment makes sense for you. You only pay if you decide to start.

What does each price include?

Each price covers your follow-up visit and that round of medication together. A round is about a month. Nothing renews on its own; you book each visit when you are ready for the next round. Labs, when they are needed, are billed separately.

Which medication will I be prescribed?

Your provider recommends semaglutide or tirzepatide after reviewing your history, any medications you take, and your goals. Many patients start on semaglutide; tirzepatide is often chosen when a stronger effect is the goal. You can switch later if your progress or your goals change.

Are these medications compounded?

We only prescribe medications that are FDA-approved or that a licensed pharmacy can lawfully compound. Depending on availability and what is right for you, your medication may be prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy on your individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved as finished pharmaceutical products, and our care team explains exactly what you are getting before you start.

Do I need labs before I start?

Sometimes. Our care team reviews your history at your first visit and decides whether labs are needed first. When they are, we send a lab order you can take to a lab near you.

What if the side effects are rough?

Tell our care team rather than stopping on your own. Nausea and fullness are common early and usually settle. We can hold your dose longer, adjust timing, or slow the step-up. The plan bends to fit you.

Do you offer other weight loss options?

Some patients ask about peptide-based options. Those are reviewed in a separate consultation; see our peptide therapy page for how that works.

Do I need to live in Rancho Cucamonga?

No. Every visit is by secure video, so you can be seen from anywhere in California. You only need to be physically located in California at the time of each visit.
