When a video visit is not the right call
Some symptoms need in-person or emergency care right away. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for:
- Chest pain, pressure, or trouble breathing
- Signs of a stroke: face drooping, arm weakness, or slurred speech
- A severe injury, heavy bleeding, or a head injury
- Fainting, confusion, or a very high fever that will not come down
If our care team decides your concern needs an in-person exam, we tell you right away and help you decide where to go.
