Semaglutide for Weight Loss by Telehealth in California

Once a week, one step at a time.

Semaglutide is the most established GLP-1 medication for weight loss. You take one injection a week, your dose rises only when your body is ready, and our care team checks in before every new round.

We only prescribe medications that are FDA-approved or that a licensed pharmacy can lawfully compound.

From $249 per round at the starting dose, visit included

What It Is

A medication that quiets the noise around food

Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist. It mimics a hormone your body already makes after eating, which slows how quickly your stomach empties and quiets the background hunger that keeps pulling you back to the kitchen.

Most patients describe it less as willpower arriving and more as the argument going away. Portions get smaller without a fight. It works best alongside the eating and movement changes it makes easier, which is why every round comes with a visit.

  • One injection weekly
Taken at home on a day you choose, with a very fine needle.
  • A gentle step-up
Doses rise only when your body is ready, not on a fixed schedule.
  • A visit before every round
Progress, side effects, and dose are reviewed before your next round ships.
  • Shipped to your door
From our trusted partner pharmacy, with written instructions and supplies.

Your price changes only twice as you step up, at 1.0 mg and at 2.0 mg. Each price covers your follow-up visit and that round of medication together. A round is about a month. Nothing renews on its own; you book each visit when you are ready for the next round. Labs, when they are needed, are billed separately. Many patients stay at a middle dose rather than climb to the top.

Good To Know

Before you start

Semaglutide is well studied and widely used, and it is still not right for everyone.

  • We only prescribe medications that are FDA-approved or that a licensed pharmacy can lawfully compound.
  • Nausea and fullness are common early and usually settle
  • Not for you if you are pregnant, nursing, or planning to be
  • Not for you with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN2

Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy on an individual prescription and are not FDA-approved as finished pharmaceutical products. Our care team reviews the risks, the benefits, and the alternatives with you before you start.

How It Works

Four steps, no waiting room

From your first visit to your first shipment, most patients are started within a week.

01

Book your free consult

Pick a time online that fits your schedule. The first conversation costs nothing and carries no obligation.

02

Meet by video

Our care team reviews your history and your goals, orders labs where they are useful, and builds a plan around what we find.

03

Medication ships to you

Your prescription goes to our trusted partner pharmacy and arrives at your door with clear instructions.

04

Follow up and adjust

Before each new round you meet with our care team again. Progress is reviewed, the plan is adjusted, and then the next round ships.

Semaglutide is a good fit if

  • Diet and exercise alone have not held for you
  • You want the most established GLP-1 option
  • You would rather step up slowly than chase fast numbers
  • You want a provider reviewing your progress before every round

This may not be the moment if

  • You are pregnant, nursing, or planning a pregnancy soon
  • You have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN2
  • You have had pancreatitis that has not been discussed with a clinician
  • You will not be in California at the time of your visits

Good To Know

Questions, answered

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. Your first consultation costs nothing and carries no obligation. You talk through your health history and your goals, and our care team tells you honestly whether treatment makes sense for you. You only pay if you decide to start.

How is semaglutide taken?

One injection a week, at home, on whichever day suits you. The needle is very small, and most patients say the anticipation is worse than the injection. Our care team walks you through it by video the first time.

Why does the price change as my dose goes up?

Because the medication costs more at higher doses. To keep it simple, the price changes only twice: at 1.0 mg and at 2.0 mg. We publish the whole ladder so nothing surprises you later.

Is this a subscription?

No. Each price covers one follow-up visit plus that round of medication. You book the visit when you are ready for your next round, so nothing renews on its own.

Is semaglutide compounded?

We only prescribe medications that are FDA-approved or that a licensed pharmacy can lawfully compound. If your semaglutide is prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy on your individual prescription, it is not an FDA-approved finished product, and our care team explains exactly what you are getting before you start.

What if the side effects are rough?

Tell our care team rather than stopping on your own. Nausea and fullness are common in the first weeks and usually settle. We can hold you at your current dose longer or slow the step-up.

Can I switch to tirzepatide later?

Yes. Some patients start on semaglutide and move to tirzepatide if progress stalls or their goals change. That decision is made at a visit, with your history in front of us.

Do I need to live in Rancho Cucamonga?

No. Every visit is by secure video, so you can be seen from anywhere in California. You only need to be physically located in California at the time of each visit.
