Tirzepatide for Weight Loss by Telehealth in California

The stronger option, used carefully.

Tirzepatide acts on two of the hormones that regulate appetite instead of one, which is why many patients see a stronger effect. You take one injection a week, and our care team reviews your progress before every new round.

We only prescribe medications that are FDA-approved or that a licensed pharmacy can lawfully compound.

From $319 per round at the starting dose, visit included

What It Is

Two hormones instead of one

Tirzepatide is a dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist. Like semaglutide, it slows how quickly your stomach empties and quiets appetite. It also acts on a second hormone involved in how your body handles food and blood sugar.

For many patients, that means a stronger and steadier effect on hunger. It also means we move carefully: doses rise only when your body is ready, and every round comes with a visit so side effects are caught early.

  • One injection weekly
Taken at home on a day you choose, with a very fine needle.
  • A measured step-up
Doses rise only when your body is ready, not on a fixed schedule.
  • A visit before every round
Progress, side effects, and dose are reviewed before your next round ships.
  • Shipped to your door
From our trusted partner pharmacy, with written instructions and supplies.

Your price changes only twice as you step up, at 5.0 mg and at 10 mg. Each price covers your follow-up visit and that round of medication together. A round is about a month. Nothing renews on its own; you book each visit when you are ready for the next round. Labs, when they are needed, are billed separately. Many patients reach their goal without climbing to the top dose.

Good To Know

Before you start

Tirzepatide is effective and well studied, and it is still not right for everyone.

  • We only prescribe medications that are FDA-approved or that a licensed pharmacy can lawfully compound.
  • Nausea, fullness, and changes in digestion are common early and usually settle
  • Not for you if you are pregnant, nursing, or planning to be
  • Not for you with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN2

Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy on an individual prescription and are not FDA-approved as finished pharmaceutical products. Our care team reviews the risks, the benefits, and the alternatives with you before you start.

How It Works

From your first visit to your first shipment, most patients are started within a week.

01

Book your free consult

Pick a time online that fits your schedule. The first conversation costs nothing and carries no obligation.

02

Meet by video

Our care team reviews your history and your goals, orders labs where they are useful, and builds a plan around what we find.

03

Medication ships to you

Follow up and adjust

Before each new round you meet with our care team again. Progress is reviewed, the plan is adjusted, and then the next round ships.

Tirzepatide is a good fit if

  • You want a stronger effect on appetite
  • Progress on another GLP-1 medication has stalled
  • You also want support with blood sugar
  • You want a provider reviewing your progress before every round

This may not be the moment if

  • You are pregnant, nursing, or planning a pregnancy soon
  • You have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN2
  • You have had pancreatitis that has not been discussed with a clinician
  • You will not be in California at the time of your visits

Good To Know

Questions, answered

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. Your first consultation costs nothing and carries no obligation. You talk through your health history and your goals, and our care team tells you honestly whether treatment makes sense for you. You only pay if you decide to start.

How is tirzepatide different from semaglutide?

Semaglutide acts on one appetite hormone (GLP-1); tirzepatide acts on two (GLP-1 and GIP). Many patients see a stronger effect with tirzepatide. Your provider recommends the right one for you, and you can compare both on our medical weight loss page.

Why does the price change as my dose goes up?

Because the medication costs more at higher doses. To keep it simple, the price changes only twice: at 5.0 mg and at 10 mg. We publish the whole ladder so nothing surprises you later.

Is this a subscription?

No. Each price covers one follow-up visit plus that round of medication. You book the visit when you are ready for your next round, so nothing renews on its own.

Is tirzepatide compounded?

We only prescribe medications that are FDA-approved or that a licensed pharmacy can lawfully compound. If your tirzepatide is prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy on your individual prescription, it is not an FDA-approved finished product, and our care team explains exactly what you are getting before you start.

What if the side effects are rough?

Tell our care team rather than stopping on your own. Early digestive side effects usually settle. We can hold you at your current dose longer or slow the step-up.

Do I need to live in Rancho Cucamonga?

No. Every visit is by secure video, so you can be seen from anywhere in California. You only need to be physically located in California at the time of each visit.
