What We Offer
Everyday health care, done properly
Good primary care is a relationship. We take time to learn your history, your goals, and what is getting in the way, then build a plan you can actually follow.
Telehealth works well for most primary care needs: reviewing symptoms, managing medications, ordering and reviewing labs, and keeping chronic conditions on track. When something needs a hands-on exam or imaging, we tell you and help you get it.
- Preventive care
Wellness visits, screening recommendations, and lab work at a lab near you. - Chronic condition management
Steady support for conditions like blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, and thyroid. - Medication management
Reviews, refills, and adjustments, with a provider who knows your history. - Referrals when needed
If you need a specialist, imaging, or an in-person exam, we help you get there.

Good To Know
What telehealth can and cannot do
Most primary care can happen by video. Some things still need to happen in person.
- Video visits work well for reviews, follow-ups, and most new concerns
- Labs are done at a lab near you with an order from our care team
- If you need a physical exam or imaging, we help you arrange it
- For emergencies such as chest pain or trouble breathing, call 911
You need to be physically located in California at the time of each visit.

Our care team sends a lab order you can take to a lab near you. Your results come back to us, and we review them with you at a follow-up visit.
Yes, for most medications, after a visit to review your history. Some controlled medications have additional rules, and we will tell you up front if a medication is not one we can manage.
We are a cash-pay practice with published prices, so you always know the cost before your visit. Many patients use an HSA or FSA card; ask your plan administrator whether a visit qualifies.
